Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver within Portugal only. Mão Feitio pieces are shipped directly by the Portuguese makers and artisans who make them. Availability for your address, shipping options and their costs are always shown at checkout, before payment.
Shipping by maker (Portugal)
Each maker ships from their own workshop, so shipping is calculated per maker. An order with pieces from different makers may have more than one shipping line and arrive in separate parcels.
- Wall hooks, candle holders, ceramic vases, wall masks and Christmas trees (5mm Paper, Porto): €3.90; free shipping when these pieces total €60.
- Hand-blown glass vases, bowls, candle holders and lamps (Glasscor, Marinha Grande): free shipping to mainland Portugal.
- Volkano hand-blown glass vase (Outlet Vidros & Candeeiros): €3.51 for delivery to a CTT pick-up point or €5.69 for home delivery.
The amounts above are the shipping rates in force on the date of this policy. In case of any difference, the amount shown at checkout before payment prevails.
How long does delivery take?
Preparation and transport times depend on the piece, the maker and the delivery address. We can confirm the estimated time on request.
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, contact us before buying to confirm the time for your destination. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days. The dispatch notice marks the start of transport and is not the delivery date.
Orders with several pieces
An order with pieces from different makers may be delivered in separate parcels and on different dates. Please check your address and contact details before completing your purchase.
Delivery follow-up
If there is a delay or an exception, we will contact you. In case of delay, unavailability, damage or a missing piece, contact maofeitio.pt@gmail.com with your order number. Mão Feitio follows up the delivery and the solution with the maker.
