Returns and refunds
For distance purchases, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, except for legally applicable exceptions. Tell us your decision with a clear statement sent to maofeitio.pt@gmail.com, identifying the order.
After telling us, you have 14 days to return the product. Returns are sent to the relevant supplier; contact Mão Feitio for the address and instructions. Contacting us is not a requirement for approval of your right of withdrawal.
The direct costs of returning the product on withdrawal are paid by the customer. You may inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning; you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
We refund the payments received, including standard initial delivery, within 14 days of your notice, using the same means of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back, as applicable. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer are not refunded.
If you receive a defective, incorrect or non-conforming item, please contact us. Remedies under the legal guarantee are free of charge for the customer and handled by Mão Feitio, even when the item is returned to the supplier. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
You may ask to cancel before the order is processed; after dispatch, you keep the right of withdrawal under the applicable terms.
